It is with great enthusiasm that we unveil our new visual identity today, which translates into a new logo, a new website, and completely reinvented graphics.
The product of a long process of reflection, the logo is simple, modern, and clean in order to be easily identifiable and to express the purpose of the Site touristique Chute à l'Ours. Comfort, security, welcome, and family are the keywords that have guided its development. The roof-shaped graphic element and its variations emphasize all the accommodation options available for an exceptional stay: log cabins, conventional cabins, cabins on stilts, camping, and a motel. In addition, a new visual identity has been entirely crafted based on a palette of colours reminiscent of the forest, but also the magnificent Ashuapmushuan River and its characteristic waterfalls for which the site is famous.
"We are proud of this new image, which expresses both the dynamic and welcoming side of the Chute à l'Ours Tourist Site. Without a doubt, this new identity helps to strengthen our positioning as an exceptional tourist attraction in the region. We hope that our loyal customers will identify with this, as well.”, indicates Mr. Eric Bhérer, director of the recreation and culture department of the city of Normandin and of the Site touristique Chute à l'Ours.
For the mayor of Normandin, Mr. Mario Fortin, “this new brand image represents an important step in preparing the site for a new phase of major investment in hospitality infrastructure by adding new services, in the continuation of the vast efforts undertaken for several years to make this site the best in its category.” Remember that in 2019, the Fédération québécoise de camping et de caravaning (FQCC) ranked the Site touristique Chute à l'Ours in third position among the 900 best campsites in Quebec, following a vote of all its members!
In preparation for the 2021 summer season, which is fast approaching, the Site touristique Chute à l'Ours has used the last few weeks to complete its digital transition. In effect, the launch of its image accompanies a redesign of its website.

Added to this is an updated monthly newsletter, an increased presence on social networks, and a host of other tools that will support the tourist site team. Moreover, the team is ready to welcome, with its usual warmth, families and outdoor enthusiasts for a moment of relaxation inspired by the beauty of nature that surrounds them.
